ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL COSTS? Countries sometimes apply import tax on goods imported. Through our experience and knowledge of shipping didgeridoos and accessories worldwide, we take every step possible to prevent this happening or minimize the taxes if they are charged. If customs apply taxes to the imported products, these taxes are payable by the receiver. CAN I TRACK MY ORDER? In the case of a didgeridoo getting lost during transport, we will replace it with a Didgeridoo of similar value free of charge. All other goods will be replaced free of charge. Freight charges quoted are for 5 to 15 working day door-to-door service. CUSTOMS DUTIES/IMPORT TAXES AND CHARGES We have sent thousands of fantastic Didgeridoos and items internationally since opening the doors in 2002. In that time we have discovered that customs (importation duty) laws - and the application of these regulations - varies widely from country to country, state to state - even from time to time. Most of our customers have not been required to pay customs or importation duty of any kind. Our product range is generally classified as "indigenous handicrafts" or similar, under most countries customs laws, which generally attract no or little taxes, duties or charges. If you are asked to pay importation duty, you may be able to appeal and have the classification/ruling changed by pointing out the nature of the goods. This process, any associated costs and the outcomes remain entirely the responsibility of the customer. Didgeridoobreath.com does not accept responsibility for payment of any customs duties, charges or taxes should it be levied in the customer's country. If applicable, the customer is fully responsible for payment of any locally imposed importation duties, taxes and charges. No customs duties and charges are aplicable to packages sent within Australia. AVAILABILITY OF GOODS We can assure you it is not possible for two or more people to order the same unique didgeridoo at the same time or on the same day. All unique Didgeridoo's displayed on this site are unique products. Upon the completion of an order a unique product will be automatically removed from view in the online store. In the case of any other product being temporarily out of stock, customers will be notified if an item is not immediately available. In the event a product becomes temporarily out of stock, digeridoobreath.com will inform the customer and supply the item/s as soon as new stock is available. DAMAGED ITEMS If an item is damaged upon arrival, you must notify us within 7 working days of delivery. You are required to keep all boxes and packaging for possible inspection by the freight company. Details of the damage will be taken and the claim processed between Didgeridoo Breath and the shipping company. It is our responsibility to replace the damaged item free of charge. As many didgeridoos are unique, if a suitable replacement can't be found, your purchase amount for this item and shipping will be refunded to you. If you have any questions about our returns policy, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will be happy to hear from you. If you would still like to purchase items that were undeliverable, you are welcome to place a new order on our website. If you suspect your order cannot be delivered as addressed and you have not received confirmation of its return or refund after 4 weeks from the estimated delivery date, please contact us. Why Was My Package Undeliverable? Our carriers may deem a package undeliverable for one of the following reasons: Item is too big for a P.O. box Some items too big to ship to a P.O. box must be shipped to a street address. Incorrect Address. If the address is incorrect or outdated, the package is typically returned to us by the carrier or the unintended recipient. Please double-check your address carefully when placing a new order. To change or edit your address Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site Other Address Problems. If the order is being shipped to a prison, there may be delivery restrictions associated with the goods or shippers. These restrictions are determined by the penitentiary and may vary. In rare cases, it is also possible that the address label became illegible during the shipping and handling process, or that the carrier made a mistake and left the package at a different address then what was printed on the label. Failed Delivery Attempts. Most of our carriers make two attempts to deliver a package. Packages will always require a signature; If no one is present to accept the delivery after two attempts, the package will be returned to us. Refused by Recipient. If a gift recipient is not expecting a gift, they may refuse the package if they believe it was sent to them in error. If you still want to send these items, you may want to let the recipient know that a surprise is on the way. If you have any questions at all about shipping,
